Administration duties within the City are carried out by the City Collector. The City Collector is appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the City Council. The City Collector is responsible for utility billing, processing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, issuing licenses, general office management, and assists with city projects assigned by the Mayor and the City Council.
