i. Approval of a map amendment rezoning certain property described as the southern approximate 145 feet of Lots 1 and 2, in the Lexington Industrial Park Subdivision, as per the plat thereof filed in the McLean County Recorder’s Office as Doc No. 2026-00005847 on April 30, 2026, from the current zoning classification of B-1 (“General Business”) to M-1 (“Light Manufacturing”).
ii. Proposed Ordinance to Establish a Solar Energy Code as new Section 23.2 of Chapter 300 of the Lexington City Code
B. Discuss/Vote Ordinance 2026-4 Changing the Zoning of Certain Property in the City of Lexington, Mclean County, Illinois
C. Discuss/Vote Ordinance 2026-5 Establishing a Solar Energy Code as New Section 23.2 to Article V of Chapter 300 of the Lexington City Code
